2 cups grated dry coconut
½ cup milk
2 tsp. vanilla
¼ lb butter
1 cup flour
1 egg, beaten
½ cup sugar
1 tsp. cinnamon
1/4 tsp. nutmeg
¼ tsp. all spice
1 tsp. ginger
Instructions:
- Mix coconut, flour, cinnamon, butter, nutmeg, all spice and ginger in a bowl.
- Add vanilla, beaten egg, and enough milk to make dough.
- Grease baking pan and preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
- Spread mixture evenly in baking pan and bake for 30-40 mins.
- Cut in squares and serve.
