5 Cobs of corn, peeled
1/4 Cup butter, melted
1 Tbps. parsley, chopped
1 Tbps. chives, chopped
1 Tsp. thyme
1 Tsp. rosemary
Instructions:
- Preheat oven to 425 degrees F.
- Place each corn on a baking sheet and place in the oven for 30 minutes.
- In a small bowl, mix together butter, parsley, chives, thyme and rosemary.
- After 30 minutes, turn oven to broil and broil corns on high for 5-7 minutes on each side.
- Remove corn and brush butter mixture onto each corn.
- serve warm.
