3 green (unripe) bananas
1 cup milk
1¼ cup water
1 tsp vanilla
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. nutmeg
¼ tsp allspice
¼ salt (optional)
Condensed milk to sweeten
Instruction
- Wash, peel, and slice bananas in halves.
- Place milk and banana in a blender and puree.
- Add water and liquidized formula to pan, bring to a boil, reduce the heat and stir occasionally. If the consistency of the porridge is too thick, slowly add water to get the consistency you desire.
- Add vanilla, nutmeg, cinnamon, and salt and stir well.
- sweeten with condensed milk, and simmer for 5 minutes.
- Serve hot.
