1 lb shrimp, peeled and deveined
1 Tbps. olive oil
4 Tbsp. unsalted butter
2 Cloves garlic, chopped
¼ Cup parsley, chopped
Juice of 1 lemon
½ Tsp. lemon zest
1 Tsp. salt
½ Black pepper
Parmesan cheese
Instructions:
- Cook linguine as per instructions.
- In a medium pan, add olive oil. Saute Garlic for 2-3 minutes.
- Season shrimp with salt and pepper, add to pan and cook until pink.
- Add butter, lemon zest, lemon juice and cook for 3 minutes.
- Add Parsley, parmesan and linguini.
- Serve Hot.
