Ingredients:
2 lb Pork chops
3 Potatoes, cubed
1 green onion, chopped
2 cloves garlic, whole
1 tsp thyme
1 onion, chopped
1 tsp salt
1 tsp black pepper
1 tsp onion powder
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp ginger powder
1 tbsp soya sauce
4 tbsp brown sugar
1 tbsp honey
1 tbsp honey
1/2 cup ketchup
1/4 cup apple cider vinegar
1/4 cup apple cider vinegar
Instructions:
- Wash and season pork chops with salt, black pepper, onion powder, garlic powder, ginger powder, brown sugar and soya sauce. Set aside.
- Add honey, ketchup and apple cider vinegar in a cup or bowl, mix well and set aside.
- Wash and cut potatoes in cubes. Set aside
- Place potatoes, pork chops, onion, thyme and garlic in the slow cooker, then pour honey, ketchup and apple cider mix over top.
- Cook on high for 4 hours.
- Garnish with green onions and serve warm.
